I had a wonderful experience at the Esplanade Riverview Holiday Apartments! the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is fantastic, offering stunning views. It's just a short distance to the Plaza shopping center and local attractions in Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, as well as the waterfront and river. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable! 😊.

Everything was fantastic, including VERY WELCOMING staff and magnificent location on the foreshore. We stayed in the apartment, it was nicely furnished and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had clean facilities, such as a balcony and a lounge. Location: the hotel was just off the Maroochy river, Plaza shopping centre and local attractions in Maroochydore and Mooloolaba and shops and sunshine plaza.

It was excellent place for a quiet weekend.

great hotel with a lovely owner. the beautiful view to the mountains from the room. appreciated that there was swan bites on bradman with short-orders next door to the venue, super convenient.

The service was welcoming with parking onsite. the staff were really friendly and very courteous. the location was great and stunning, just a short walk from North Entrance Beach. I will be returning here soon.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The location couldn't have been better, as we were right across from the river and close to everything we needed, including shopping and recreational activities like fishing. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could possibly need, from a well-stocked kitchen to a washing machine. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and spa facilities were also a great bonus, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. And on top of it all, the free Wi-Fi made staying connected a breeze.

We had a fantastic experience at this place. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel was great, close to all the action and right on the river. the rooms were large and spacey, and the extra blankets in the cupboards were appreciated. the waterfront view was beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and informative.

The cleanliness of the property really let it down. the curtains in every room were black, every single wall and door was dirty, there was a smell in the pipes of the ensuite bathroom, and limescale on bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

Spent the xmas at a holiday apartment with a river view. A great experience! the apartment was spacious, with 3 bedrooms and a nice layout. It had good facilities, such as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. the pool was amazing and the balcony had an impressive view. the apartment was located in a key area, close to the river and quiet during the week.

The apartment was slightly tired and old. the carpets were worn in a few spots and some walls were cracking.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable furnishings. The view of the river was fantastic and the amenities were well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the rooftop barbecue area and the use of kayaks offered by the staff. A great option for a weekend away with friends or family.

The room lacked some basic supplies such as sufficient toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. the car park was a bit small and confusing to navigate.

The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the river. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The building managers, Marg and John, were excellent and made sure we had a great experience. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, made the apartment feel cute. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a small car park and some cleanliness issues, the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely choose this location for our future holidays on the Sunshine Coast. I highly recommend this hotel.
